Good customer service, including great and satisfactory breakfasts with fresh juice and baked egg, as for instance. Location not far from the airport and train station, main square, and the `` center '' of the medina.

I chose Riad Venezia because of its close proximity to Medersa Ben Youssef, a landmark I had been eagerly wanting to visit. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the guests' dry cleaning/laundry services offered by the hotel. It was convenient and efficient, allowing me to freshen up my clothes after exploring the city.
Stolen credit card, police involved.

I recently stayed at a charming riad in Marrakesh and had a wonderful experience. the value for money was impressive - I felt like I got a lot for what I paid. Secondly, the attention to detail was evident in every corner of the hotel, from the beautifully decorated rooms to the well-maintained common areas. Lastly, the location was perfect, just a short walk from the main square, allowing me to easily explore the city.
All aspects of my stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

The breakfast served was great and the wifi was fast and strong. The hotel's location was ideal, being close to the city center and easily accessible. the staff was friendly and willing to help whenever needed.
Rooms were very small with limited space to move around, making it uncomfortable for business travelers with luggage. Some of the bathrooms lacked doors, providing no privacy.

I must say, for the price we paid, we got great value for our money. The room was clean and cozy, just what we needed after a long day of exploring. The location was superb, right in the heart of the medina, making it easy for us to navigate the bustling streets. The staff treated us like family, always friendly and helpful.
One small improvement that could be made to the breakfast spread would be to add more variety in terms of the items offered.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. First of all, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay. They provided us with helpful tips and made sure we felt safe and comfortable throughout our visit. Secondly, the breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a variety of delicious Moroccan dishes to choose from. Additionally, the location of this hotel was ideal for exploring the city, as it was conveniently situated near the main square. Lastly, the rooms on the lower floors were spacious and comfortable, providing a cozy and relaxing environment. One detail that stood out to me was the open roof terrace, where we enjoyed drinks and soaked up the sun. It added a unique touch to our stay, making it truly memorable.
All was perfect, nothing to improve.

Our recent stay in this cozy Riad was a wonderful experience! We enjoyed the location as it was close to a bustling square with amazing food options and the main market. the breakfast served every morning was delicious with authentic Moroccan flavors, and we enjoyed it on the rooftop terrace with amazing views. the room and bathroom were nicely decorated, and we appreciated the good service provided by the helpful staff!
We did struggle a bit with the initial arrival, as it was challenging to find the Riad.
